Intended Use: The Mud Works Station is designed for the sole purpose of preventing a five-gallon bucket from spinning while contents are being mixed. It is not intended to prevent a bucket from tipping, falling, or otherwise becoming unstable. Any other use of this product beyond its intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the user. Please do not leave any five-gallon buckets left unattended or accessible to children. Please review and follow any and all warning labels, safety instructions, and disclosures provided on a five-gallon bucket and any materials used with it.

Attachments & Accessories Disclaimer:  The Mud Works Station is designed for the sole purpose of preventing a five-gallon bucket from spinning while contents are being mixed. It is not designed to control or influence the operation of mixers, drills, tools, containers, lids, materials, etc., or any other equipment used in connection with it, whether manufactured by Huebner Innovations, LLC or by third parties.

Mixing operations, including material consistency, water content, tool speed, torque, resistance, technique, etc., present inherent risks that exist independent of the MWS platform. Such risks may include loss of tool control, physical strain, or injury. The selection and use of any bucket, mixer, drill, tool, lid, accessory, material, etc., whether manufactured by Huebner Innovations, LLC or by a third party, is made at the discretion of the operator. Users should follow all instructions, warnings, and safety guidance provided by the applicable tool and material manufacturers and should evaluate their own physical condition, experience level, and the suitability of the materials being mixed.

Huebner Innovations, LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from or related to mixing operations or the selection, operation, or use of buckets, tools, materials, accessories, or related equipment, including but not limited to tool operation, material behavior, improper mixing procedures, misuse, or user technique, whether such activities occur with or without the use of the MWS platform, and whether involving Huebner Innovations, LLC products or third-party products, except as may be required by applicable law.

Proper Placement Warning & Surface Requirements:  This product should be placed on a stable, flat, clean, and level surface prior to use.  Use on uneven, unstable, contaminated, or inclined surfaces may result in product instability, tipping, spillage, or personal injury.  Users are responsible for ensuring proper placement and for evaluating the suitability of the surface and environment prior to use.

Operator Responsibility & Assumption of Risk:  The operator is responsible for the safe and proper use of the Mud Works Station (MWS). The manufacturer does not supervise or control how the product is used and cannot anticipate all possible applications, conditions, or misuses. The operator must assess site conditions, use proper judgment and common sense, follow all instructions and warnings, and ensure safe operation at all times. This includes responsibility for proper handling, placement, supervision, and the use of third-party tools, materials, or attachments.

Modification & Misuse:  Do not modify, alter, or adapt the Mud Works Station (MWS) in any way. Any modifications, alterations, or misuse — including use with incompatible containers, tools, or materials — may result in unsafe conditions and void any express or implied warranty. The operator remains responsible for safe use, and the manufacturer is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from such modifications or misuse.

Limitation of Liability:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huebner Innovations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or death, arising from the use, misuse, modification, or improper operation of this product, including use with third-party tools, materials, or attachments.

Compliance With Laws & Standards:  The operator is responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and safety standards related to the use of this product.
